Everyone can focus on doing what they do best at the Green Park. Everything you need is close by, while distractions are far away. The perfect setting to do what’s important.
Meet the buildings in the park, already done and planned in the future:

The total area of center is 9000 square meters, of which 5500 square meters is an indoor hall with restaurant and 3500 square meters outdoor area.

INTRAC Eesti is the Estonian subsidiary of the Swedish company INTRAC Group AB. INTRAC Eesti sells industrial and agricultural machinery in Estonia and provides aftersales service. Our clients work in forestry, agriculture, construction and other industrial fields. We cooperate with the world’s leading machinery importers.
The shape of the high-rise is supposed to give as many views of the surroundings as possible, while ensuring that the view to the tower itself is striking from various directions. So the longer facades face east, towards the city centre, and the forest in the west.
A winter garden climbing through several floors is at the centre of the building. It’s filled with living greenery all year round, and is thus an attractive object in the urban space. But it’s also the business card that reflects the identity of the entire Green Park area.
A one-floor car park is designed to lie below the square surrounding the building. There will be 105 spaces for cars and 106 spaces for bicycles.
